About Double-Edge Razors

Can a double edge razor be used by a beginner?

Yes.
By not pressing the blade too hard and instead using it with a light, gliding motion, even first-time users can enjoy a comfortable experience.

However, if you apply too much pressure or slide the blade sideways, it may cause skin irritation or bleeding.

We recommend starting slowly and using it without applying much pressure.

What is the difference from a cartridge razor?

Double-edge safety razors are characterized by the smooth shave provided by a single blade.

Another feature is their simple structure, which allows for long-term use by replacing the blades.

Can I use commercially available replacement blades?

Standard double-edge razor blades can be used.

Yukyuro also offers dedicated replacement blades.

Does it give a close shave?

Yes.
By lightly gliding it across your skin at the proper angle, you can achieve a close shave.

Should I shave with more pressure?

Lightly touch the blade to your skin and slide it across, using the weight of the device.

Pressing too hard may cause skin irritation or bleeding.

Can it be used on sensitive skin?

While skin types vary among individuals, the shaver's design, with fewer blades, helps to minimize irritation to the skin.

For a more comfortable experience, we recommend using shaving cream or gel.

What should I do if I experience skin irritation or bleeding?

Discontinue use and check your skin's condition.

To minimize skin irritation, avoid pressing the blades too hard and always use a shaving gel.

If symptoms persist, consult a dermatologist.

Can women use this?

Yes.
In addition to shaving your face, you can also use it for grooming various other body parts.

How often should I replace the blade?

Although it varies depending on usage frequency and beard thickness, we generally recommend replacing it every 1-2 weeks.

We recommend replacing it sooner if you notice a change in cutting performance.

Care Instructions

To ensure long and comfortable use of the product, please wash off any moisture or dirt thoroughly after use and store it in a dry condition.

Leaving moisture on the blade or joints for an extended period may cause discoloration or deterioration.

Daily care

After use, rinse off shaving cream and whiskers with lukewarm water, etc., and wipe off any moisture with a soft cloth, etc.

If not used for a long period, store in a place with low humidity.

About Lacquer and Colored Finishes

Products with a lacquer or chemically colored finish may change in appearance due to strong friction or the use of abrasives.

Although a surface coating is applied to protect the finish, we recommend wiping off moisture after use and storing the product in a dry state.

Blade Replacement

When replacing the blade, please be very careful not to cut your hands with the blade.

When disposing of used blades, please follow the disposal methods of your local municipality.

Regarding Storage

Avoid long-term storage in humid places such as bathrooms.

Proper care will help maintain its beautiful condition for a long time.
